1. Design
We start with 3D design to engineer the exact bait profile, action, and detail you’re looking for — no guesswork, no surprises.
2. Prototype & Refine
Functional prototypes are produced for on-water testing and approval, ensuring the final product performs exactly as intended.
3. Mold Production
Once the design is approved, production molds are manufactured by our trusted machine shop partners — or we can work with your existing molds.
4. Custom Formula
Working with our Ontario-based plastisol partner, we dial in the exact formula for your bait — softness, durability, buoyancy, and action all tuned to spec.
5. Production
